Our journey

We’ve been married 48 years and have two grown children, two grandchildren and a great-grandson. We’re both ordained pastors with a passion for working with leaders growing God’s Kingdom.

We’ve worked as cross-culture trainers, mentors and coaches since 2005. Susie also has a Master’s Diploma as a Mental Health Coach from Light University.

While our experience is strongest in South Asia (India and Nepal specifically), we’ve also worked in Africa, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.

We focus on equipping leaders in three key strategies — orality, collaboration and community transformation.

The last few years we’ve expanded our coaching skills and now focus on walking alongside leaders to help them discover their own solutions to the challenges they face.

Our best definition of coaching:

Coaching is a conversation that involves us asking you good questions that help you focus on what you already know and how God is already at work in and through you.

The solution to moving forward is already inside you!

We just come alongside to help you polish the what you are designed to become.
